Offers and prices
Our commercial offers are limited to Canada and the United States.
The prices appearing of on this Site are indicated in $CAD exclusive of tax and exclusive of shipping or delivery charges (see Delivery conditions), and are subject to change at any time, it being understood that the products ordered are invoiced at the prices in force when the order is recorded.
Shipping costs are $17 CAD, except in special cases. Products remain the property of Distribution Kathleen until full payment has been received.
Our promotional offers are only valid for the duration of the offer in question. We reserve the right to change, adapt or modify prices without notice and subject to Distribution Kathleen.
If a price is missing under a product, we reserve the right to make the change without notice. We reserve the right to charge of the original method of payment used for the transaction of Ella Baché.ca
contests and giveaways
We offer the opportunity on our social networks to win products/ gift boxes or any other form of offer available from Ella Baché Canada Only. Any other offer, approach that do not come directly from Ella Baché Canada Official is not authorized or veridict. We only contact the selected persons on the exact date of the contest completed and established by the primary party and this, under all conditions.
No request for a Bank Card or Credit Card will be made by either of the two third parties. No request to pay a sum x or any other monetary request will be made.
Gifts refers to all items given free of charge to the Customer as part of an Order, such as, but not limited to, samples, tote-bags and kits, etc.
Samples, gifts or contests are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Ella Baché Canada and Distribution Kathleen reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without notice to the offeror.
Order and transaction validation
It is important to specify your telephone number, postal address and e-mail address when placing an order. When you confirm your order, you declare that you accept the order and these terms and conditions in full and without reservation. Your order will then be forwarded to our customer service department for processing.
We reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, fraud or, more generally, for any other reason.
As soon as your order has been registered, a detailed acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to your e-mail address. This acknowledgement will specify the exact amount invoiced and the terms of delivery of your order. You accept that our order registration systems are proof of the nature and date of the agreement. We are not responsible for the non-receipt of the confirmation e-mail; it is the buyer's responsibility to check all such records.
Product availability
As a general rule, information about the availability of products is provided to you when placing your order. However, it may happen that a product becomes temporarily unavailable after placing your order. In such cases, we undertake to inform you by email or phone within 8 days and to indicate the waiting time for receipt of this product. Payment
Payment is made according to the payment method authorized by the commercial offer concerned. Online payment by credit card is fully secured by our partners Paypal, AFTERPAY (except PQ) or KLARNA. The entire transaction is encrypted and sent to the servers of PayPal, AFTERPAY (except PQ) and KLARNA in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode. You can then make your purchases in complete security. In the case of payment by credit card, the transaction amount is debited when the order is placed.
Delivery
Delivery times vary according to the carrier and the nature of the products ordered. Packages are generally dispatched within 24/48 h. (variable according to region and state).

Purolator or Poste Canada are very reliable services. However, as with any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the package may go astray. In the event of a delivery delay of more than 7 days, the customer must inform the Distribution Kathleen customer service department (Ella Baché CA), which will forward the information to the Post Office or Purolator to initiate an investigation. This investigation may take up to 21 days from the time it is opened. If the parcel is found during this period, it will be returned immediately to the customer's home address (in most cases). If, on the other hand, the parcel is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, the Post Office or Purolator will consider the parcel lost. In this case, Ella Baché CA will send a replacement parcel at the customer's expense. If the lost product(s) is (are) no longer available at that time, Ella Baché CA will reimburse the Customer for the full amount of the lost product(s).

Refunds, EXCHANGES and product returns

The customer must expressly request this from customer service.
The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Product exchanges will be handled in the same way as returns, with the exception of special third-party requests, and will be handled directly by our customer service department.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which must cover sufficient postage and ensure the safety of the products so as not to damage them.
Should the products be damaged during the return journey, Ella Baché declines all responsibility and will be entitled to refuse the parcel and not to refund the order.
